Chauffeur Deactivation Policy
VIP Global has a set of guidelines that lay out the behavior expected from both the chauffeur and passenger. Passengers or chauffeurs who do not follow the guidelines will be banned from using the VIP Global app. The severity of the behavior will determine whether the ban will be permanant or temporary.
VIP Global may deactivate any chauffeur who does not follow any of the following guidelines.
Zero Tolerance Drug & Alcohol Policy
VIP Global does not tolerate the use of drugs or alcohol by chauffeurs while using the VIP Global app. A chauffeur that is found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while using the VIP Global app will be permanently deactivated.
Safe Driving Policy
Passenger safety is of the utmost importance to VIP Global. Any chauffeur who receives complaints of unsafe, distracted or poor driving while using the VIP Global app will be permanently deactivated.
State, Federal and Local Laws Policy
All chauffeurs are expected to comply with all state, federal and local laws, as well as the rules of the road while using the VIP Global app. Any chaffeur, while using the VIP Global app, who does not maintain a valid driver's license or receives traffic citations that indicate unsafe driving will be deactivated from using the VIP Global app.
Background Check Policy
All chauffeurs using the VIP Global app are required to pass periodic background and motor vehicle record checks. A chauffeur will be permanently deactivated if a background or motor vehicle record check shows activity that violates VIP Global's safety standards.
VIP Global adheres to a policy of non-discrimination on the basis of a person's race, sex, religion, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, disability, color, or political affiliatation. Any chauffeur found refusing to provide services based on the aforementioned will be deactivated from the VIP Global app.
